A top production/distribution house is in talks with the producers to acquire the distribution rights of the film and if everything goes as per plan, the movie will come out in September.

Actor Karthi's Party
Be it Suriya or his brother, Karthi, when it comes to generosity, these two have the largest of hearts. Karthi just wrapped up his upcoming Venkat Prabu film, Biriyani. During the wrap up party, the actor has supposedly gifted the team of a...ssistant directors and all the other departments with Rs 10,000 each as a sign of appreciation and gratitude for making Biriyani into a promising product.
Biriyani also has Hansika, Premgi, Arvind Akash, Mandy Thakkar, Madhumita and Subbu Panchu in central roles. Produced by Studio Green, the music by Yuvan Shankar Raja is being planned to be released on the 10th or the 11th of August. Shakthi Saravanan has wielded the camera and the National Award winning editor duo Praveen-Srikanth is busy with the post production work.

Q: What inspired you to rope in 'Yuvan Shankar Raja' to sing 'Kadal Rasa' song?
A.R.Rahman: i sang the track for 'Kadal Rasa' when i was in LA.Dhanush has penned the lyrics & Bharat Bala wanted the song when he went for shoot.Bala was at Africa,Dhanush was at Chennai & i 'm at LA when the song shaped up.as they needed the song urgently i sent my track.But my voice din't matched Dhanush,they have shot it using my track.i felt it sounds diffrent,then we recorded again with another singer's voice & that too din't placed correctly.I felt Yuvan's voice will match the song as he song many songs for Dhanush earlier.Then i called Yuvan,he immediately accepted the offer,we recorded on the same night & mastered it on spot on next morning we had the final product.

A.R.Rahman: About Yuvan,the admiring quality about him is Raja sir is most successful composer being his son Yuvan have his own track & he travels unique.i really admire him for that,its very difficult to have a successful father & going in his very own pattern of music.He still having a stamp of extra-ordinary music.He just started it,He will come up very well i think.God bless him.

Ucham Ne - Update
The Ajith-Vishnuvardhan project is nearing wrap up, with the final leg of shooting expected to be completed in another week’s time. The postproduction is happening simultaneously under the supervision of the director’s second unit at a rapid pace and the first look poster and the much anticipated title can be expected to be out by the end of July.
The music release would be the first big event that will be hosted by the producers, Sri Satya Sai Movies and it will happen soon after the first look and title are launched.

Uthama Villan - Update
Yuvan Shankar Raja is all set to compose tunes for Kamal Haasan's flick tentatively titled Uthama Villain produced by Lingusamy's Tirupati Brothers. The film is expected to hit the floors in October, 2013 after Kamal completes Vishwaroopam 2 and it It will be the first time Kamal is teaming up with Yuvan.
The seasoned composer who has composed music for the upcoming Venkat Prabhu's Biriyani which his is 100th film as a music director will complete a full circle when he team up with Kamal haasan as his brother Karthik Raja has provided hit numbers in Kathala Kathala with the star and his father mastero Ilayaraja has given numerous hit in the 80's and 90's.
Uthama Villain is still in pre-production stage with Crazy Mohan working on the story and dialogues of this comedy thriller. The leading lady for the film is yet to be finalised with Divya Spandana being the front runner. An official announcement is yet to me made on the cast and crew.

Yuvan right choice for intense Romance - DC Article
After the success of Kedi Billa Killadi Ranga, Madan of Escape Artist Motion Pictures is all set with his upcoming film which he claims is a beautiful love story ever told in Tamil cinema. Jeeva Shankar who showcased Vijay Antony as a performing hero in Naan will be wielding the megaphone for this untitled flick. Though comedy rules the roost now, I consciously ventured into a love story to bring back the genre which is an all time favourite of audiences, says Madan. The film will have new faces in the lead roles.
Apparently, romantic stories need scintillating music and hence Yuvan Shankar Raja has been roped in for the project and his music is said to be one of the highlights of the film.
