We are gona be at vadapalani murugan temple between 8am - 9am in the morning, do an archanai and annadhanam if possible, watch mangatha at ags cinemas, villivaakam or pvr cinemas, aminjikarai(should be a noon show) and visit samarpana around 3pm where we will be doing the charity work! We will spend some time there at samarpana!

The reason why we have choosen ags cinemas villivaakam or pvr cinemas, aminjikarai is because it will be very convenient for all of us to commute to complete the entire plan!

அழகான வெள்ளை நிற பங்களா. உச்சியில் ஒரு விநாயகர். கழுத்தில் கதம்ப மாலை. மல்லிகைப் பூக்கள் கொட்டிக்கிடக்கின்றன. சிவப்புக் கம்பளம் விரித்த ஹால், ஓரமாக பியானோ. இந்த நூற்றாண்டின் இசையமைப்பாளர் இளையராஜாவின் வீடு.

''அப்பா ரிக்கார்டிங் போயிருக்காங்க''-மொட்டைத் தலையுடன் பேசும் கார்த்திக் ராஜாவைப் பார்க்கிறபோது 'அன்னக்கிளி’ இளையராஜா மாதிரி இருக்கிறார். பேசத் தொடங்கினால் மேனரிஸம், அப்படியே அப்பா.

''பியானோதான் என்னோட மாஸ்டர் இன்ஸ்ட்ரூமென்ட்''- எட்டாம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும்போதே கற்றுக்கொள்ளத் துவங்கினாராம். அப்பாவோடு ஸ்டுடியோவுக்குப் போகும்போது எல்லாம் கீ-போர்டில் விளையாட ஆரம்பித்தது.

'' 'பாண்டியனின் ராஜ்ஜியத்தில் உய்ய லாலா’தான் நான் மியூஸிக் பண்ண முதல் பாடல். அது செம ஹிட். அப்புறம் அப்பா வுக்காக நிறையப் பாடல்கள், ரீ-ரிக்கார்டிங் எல்லாம் கம்போஸ் பண்ணியிருக்கேன். அப்பாவோட ஸ்டைல் இல்லாம புதுசா வரணும்கிறதுல கவனமா இருப்பேன். நான் மியூஸிக் பண்ணதை அப்பா ஃப்ரீயா இருக் கிறப்போ போட்டுக் காமிச்சு, கரெக்ஷன்ஸ் இருந்தா... கேட்டுக்குவேன். 'அலெக்ஸாண் டர் தி கிரேட்’, 'மாணிக் கம்’, 'ஆகஸ்ட்-15’னு மூணு படங்களுக்கு இப்போ மியூஸிக் பண்றேன். சிச்சுவேஷனுக்கு ஏற்ப பாடல்கள் அமைப்பதில் அப்பாதான் எப்பவும் ராஜா.இப்போ மெலடிக்கு இருந்த கிரேஸ் குறைஞ்சு, ராப் பாடல்களை ரசிக்கிறாங்க. ரசிகர்களோட டேஸ்ட்டுக்கு வொர்க் பண்ணணும்கிற கமிட்மென்ட் இருக்கு'' - நிதானமாக, தெளிவாகப் பேசுகிறார் கார்த்திக் ராஜா.



'பவா...''- இவரா? என்று கொஞ்சம் ஆச்சர்யத்தோடு பார்க்கவைக்கிற ராஜா வீட்டு இளவரசி பவதாரிணி. 'ராசய்யா’வின் 'மஸ்தானா... மஸ்தானா...’ பாடல் பாடியவர். இரண்டு வார்த்தைகளுக்கு இடையே கிடைக்கிற இடைவெளிகளில்கூடப் புன்னகை பூக்கிற முகம். அண்ணன் மாதிரி ப்ளஸ் டூ-வோடு டாடா சொல்லாமல், கரஸ்பாண் டன்ஸில் படிக்கிறார்.

''அண்ணன் கார்த்திக், தம்பி யுவன், பெரியப்பா பையன் பாலகிருஷ்ணன் எல்லோ ரும் உட்கார்ந்து ட்யூன் போட்டு, பாட்டு எழுதி, பாடி ரிக்கார்ட் பண்றதை ஆறேழு வருஷமா சின்ஸியராப் பண்ணிட்டு இருக்கோம். அப்பா எப்போவாவது 'நல்லாயிருக்கு’ன்னு சொல்லிட்டா... 'ஹே’ன்னு ஜாலியாயிடும்'' - அப்பாவுக்கு ரொம்ப செல்லம் பவதாரிணி. ''என்னை 'பவதா’னு கூப்பிடுவாங்க. 'ஏதாவது பாடேன்’னு கர்னாடிக் ஸாங்ஸைப் பாடச் சொல்லிக் கேட்பாங்க. அப்பா மியூஸிக்ல முதல் ஸாங் பாடுனப்போ பயமா இருந்தது. இப்போ, கார்த்திக் அண்ணா படத்துலயும் யுவன் மியூஸிக் பண்ற 'அரவிந்தன்’லயும் பாடியிருக்கேன்'' என்கிறார் பவதாரிணி. இவருக்கு ஓவியம் வரைவதில் ஆர்வம் உண்டு.


குட்டிப் புயல் மாதிரி யுவன்ஷங்கர். வீட்டில் கடைக்குட்டி. வெஸ்டர்ன் டேஸ்ட் உள்ள யுவன் ரொம்ப வெளிப்படையாகப் பேசுகிறார். ''படிப்பு வரலே சார்... அதான் ஸ்கூலுக்குப் போகலை. ஆறு வயசு இருக்கறப் பவே, 'நாம ஒரு மியூஸிக் டைரக்டராகணும்’னு ரொம்பத் தீவிரமா இருந்தேன். கீ-போர்டுதான் என்னோட ஃபேவரைட். நாள் கணக்கா அதோட உட்கார்ந்து இருப்பேன். ரிக்கார்டிங் குக்கூட ஸ்டுடியோவுக்கு அப்பாவோட அதிகமா நான் போனதில்லை.

பாப், ராப்னு வெஸ்டர்ன் மியூஸிக் இவ்ளோ பிடிக்கும். ஸ்பீட் இருக்கணும். 'அரவிந்தன்’ படத்துக்கு மியூஸிக் பண்ண ஆஃபர் வந்தப்போ, 'யெஸ்’ சொன்னேன். 'ஆல் தி பெஸ்ட்’னு ஒரு ஸாங். அப்புறம் 'பொன்னம்மா... பொன்னம்மா’னு ஒரு ஸாங் நானே பாடி இருக்கேன். எனக்கு முதல்லயே ஒரு சேலன்ஜ் வந்தது. படம் பண்றதுக்கு முன்னால, டிரெய்லர் பண்ணிட்டாங்க. அதுக்கு ரீ-ரிக்கார்டிங் பண்ணது எனக்குப் பிடிச்சிருந்தது. ஏ.ஆர்.ரஹ்மான் மியூஸிக்ல என்னோட ஃபேவரைட் 'காதல் ரோஜாவே’ '' - பட படவெனப் பேசிவிட்டு பபிள்கம்மில் தீவிரமானார்.

மூவருக்குமே அப்பாவோடு அரட்டைக் கச்சேரி நடத்துவதில்தான் குஷி. அந்த நேரங்களில் அப்பா பாடுவாராம். பழைய கதைகள் எல்லாம் சொல்வாராம். மற்றபடி திருவண்ணாமலைக்கு பௌர்ணமி நாட்களில் ராஜா செல்லும்போது கார்த்திக், யுவன் மட்டும் கூடவே தொற்றிக்கொள்வது உண்டு!

Yuvan @ Uyarthiru 420 Audio Launch

While no one would lend me even one lakh rupees, I am blessed to have a producer like Chandrasekaran investing crores of money’ started off Snehan at the audio launch of Uyar Thiru 420 who praised his entire team for being supportive throughout the shooting. The audio launch of Uyar Thiru 420 was held this morning at Sathyam Cinemas.

The event was spangled with more lyricists and filmmakers as Snehan openly admitted that some of the actors didn’t accept his invitation.

Addressing the special invitees and media channels, director Premnath said, “I have attended several audio launch functions here (Sathyam Cinemas). I used to be a part of public looking upon the podium wondering if I could make it here. I fervently thank my producer Chandrasekaran giving me an opportunity. He was open to any ideas and would spend money lavishly for top-notching results. Mani Sharma took scrutinizing efforts for songs and his background score has given a new shape to this film.”

Yuvan Shankar Raja, Vaali and Mani Sharma unveiled the audio CD while A.R. Murugadoss and Abhirami Ramanathan released the film’s trailer.

Vaali praised Snehan saying that he has more reasons to succeed as an actor and one such factor is his insatiable passion for perfection. The veteran lyricist gave a humor touch to his speech saying that he has penned a meaningless song.

A.R. Murugadoss didn’t miss to share his working experience with Vaali in his debut film Dheena. ‘When I wanted him to write a song based on a lad’s pathos for his girl, Vaali sir insisted me to start off with a rocking number as a good sign and endowed me with lyrics for ‘Vatthikucchi’ (Title song of Dheena). I wish the entire team of Uyar Thiru 420 a great success. The teasers are so stylish and everything in this film is impressive including the banner name – Rich India’ totted up Murugadoss.

Yuvan Shankar Raja expressed his best wishes for the entire team in few words (In his usual style).

Snehan extended his earnest thanksgiving to the entire crew including the camera assistants and assistant directors, make-up artists for being too patient with him. ‘I would often lose my temper, but director Premnath and other technicians were kind enough to understand my nature. Having been an assistant to Vairamuthu, I wanted my mentor to write lyrics for a song. But he dashed down my hopes by not responding to my calls for 5 months. But Vaali granted his blessings titling me as ‘Chinna MGR’. Thanks to Premnath and producer Chandrasekaran for they trained me nearly for 5 years in various arenas: Stunts, Horse riding and many more activities though it wasn’t their job to train me personally.’

Vaadu Veedu(Avan Ivan) audio launch - Full coverage

Music of Vishal’s latest movie Vaadu Veedu in Bala’s direction was launched at a function organized in Taj Banjara on the night of 1 June. Venkatesh and Allu Arjun attended this function as chief guests. The case and crewmembers who made it to function include Vishal, Arya, Madhu Shalini, Janani, Bala, Vikram Krishna, Chandra Bose, Wilson and Shashak Vennelakanti. Yuan Shankar Raja scored music.

Venkatesh and Allu Arjun jointly unveiled the logo of the movie. Venkatesh launched the music CD and gave the first copy to Allu Arjun. Vikram Krishna launched the trailer. Winson launched the music visuals.

I took the risk of my lifetime for this movie - Vishal
Speaking on the occasion Vishal said, “Arya has done a film titled Nenu Devudni in Bala’s direction. Arya has been a very good friend for a long time. He came to me on my birthday and asked me if I were interested in 2-heroes film to be directed by Bala. I have immediately agreed to work with Bala as I have insatiable hunger for histrionic-oriented roles. There has been a lot of talk in the industry that Bala is a sadist and its extremely difficult to act in his films. It’s completely baseless. After working for 15 days, Bala told me that he is still seeing Vishal of Pandem Kodi film in this movie. he asked me to change my acting style and have a squint eye. In the initial days, I used to get horrible headache whenever I try to keep squint eye. I had to bear that because Bala is satisfied with my work and it will get tremendous recognition in the future. When I visited the doctor, he has severely advised against forcibly doing squint eye. I treated this as my last film and did that risk. You will forget Vishal and see the character in this movie after the first reel is over. My dad always wanted me to achieve something extraordinary and I did this film for him. I had been watching films of Venkatesh since my childhood and I thank him for gracing this occasion.”

Arya said, “Lots of my films have been dubbed in Telugu in the past. National award winning director Bala has presented the comedy angle in this movie. Vishal is my close friend. He did nice steps for the first song in this movie.”

Madhu Shalini said, “I had always wanted to act in Bala’s movie and feel proud to work in Vaadu Veedu. I am paired up with Vishal in this movie. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed terrific music for this movie.”

Bala said, “This is not my film. This film belongs to Vishal and Arya. The family members of Vishal, Arya and technicians watched the movie. Vishal’s parents had tears of happiness after watching the preview. Arya’s father enjoyed the film.”

Venkatesh said, “I am a fan of Bala and always wanted to do a film with him. I am willing to do a film with him if he prepares a subject for me. Vishal has taken a lot of risk for this movie.”

Allu Arjun said, “Telugu people enjoy Bala’s movies that are dubbed in Telugu. It will be good if he does a straight Telugu movie. Arya has worked with me in Varudu movie. It’s nice to see Telugu girl Madhu Shalini doing a popular Tamil film. I am sure that Vishal will get many more box office hits in Telugu.”
